Data Scientist - AI

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist - artificial intelligence with strong expertise in generative AI (GenAI) application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions, including copilots, intelligent assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop GenAI applications such as AI copilots, chat interfaces, intelligent assistants, and AI-powered automation workflows.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including embeddings, Retrievers, vector databases, and Prompt Engineering Workflows
• Develop agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain Agents, and similar agentic AI frameworks.
• Integrate LLM-based applications with enterprise APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Implement: Prompt templates, tool calling / tool usage, structured outputs, and orchestration logic.
• Optimise GenAI solutions for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support testing, monitoring, and production deployment of GenAI applications.
• Implement responsible AI practices, including guardrails, safety controls, and governance.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Technical Skills: Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, AI Copilots / Intelligent Assistants, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Agentic AI Workflows, Enterprise API Integration, Cloud Platform Integration, AI Orchestration, and Production Deployment of GenAI Applications.
• Mandatory Skills Checklist: Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Agentic AI Workflows, Enterprise API Integration, Cloud Platform Integration, AI Copilots / Intelligent Assistants, and Production Deployment of GenAI Applications.
• 8+ years of relevant IT experience with strong expertise in AI/ML and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI applications using modern LLM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Ability to optimise AI solutions for scalability, performance, and responsible AI compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying enterprise-scale GenAI solutions.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, guardrails, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with monitoring and optimising LLM applications in production.
