Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists.
• Develop ML models and predictive solutions for business problems.
• Perform data analysis, EDA, and statistical modeling.
• Manage data cleaning, preprocessing, and large-scale datasets.
• Build data pipelines and automation processes.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, including A/B testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of data science experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Proven experience building ML models.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and mathematical modeling.
• Experience mentoring data scientists and working with cross-functional teams.
