Data Scientist

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.

Technology Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and marketing stakeholders.
• Ensure ethical use of data and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Big Data projects using technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with Dataiku and Cognite (highly preferred).
• Professional certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
