Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Data Scientist (Marketing)

Proven experience (3+ years) in data science or advanced analytics roles

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python (preferred) or R

Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling

Proficiency in using data visualisation tools to communicate findings

Experience working with large, complex datasets

Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and governance principles

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments

Experience of applying version control in GitHub and of collaborating with others on codebases

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Written and verbal proficiency in English is required

Nice to have:

Experience in a commercial, or education technology environment
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with modern data engineering tools and frameworks
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
Publications, conference presentations, or contributions to the data science community
Experience of working with ML or AI Engineers
