You will have the following responsibilities:

• Supporting business and marketing decisions with data-driven solutions, developing predictive models such as churn scoring to drive retention offers and product propensity scoring to realise additional value for our customers.
• Translating business needs into actionable ML and AI solutions across marketing, customer care, and network operations - including next best offer, customer lifecycle management, recommendation systems, and demand forecasting.
• Participating in generative AI projects, including working with LLMs, and custom NLP to build innovative solutions like customer service chatbots and automated interaction tools.
• Summarising and presenting analytical results, making findings clear and actionable for stakeholders.
• Managing production-ready code, documentation, and large-scale customer/transactional data assets according to agreed standards, ensuring transparency and traceability across all processes.
• Collaborating with data and MLOps engineers to ensure data science solutions remain reliable, high-quality, and scalable.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Technology, Natural or Social Sciences.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in data science or analytics.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistics, data analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Confident use of Python and SQL.
• Able to deliver projects independently or with light supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex technical results clearly.
• Proficient level of English.
• Experience working in a consumer setting and marketing is a plus.
