We have an opportunity in Analytics within the Data Intelligence team, an area responsible for data analysis and structuring, as well as the development of new features. If you enjoy studying and are always willing to seek new knowledge, this could be the place for you. We work with different types of information and are always looking for new data sources. As this is a development-focused area, it is extremely important that you are capable of innovating and proposing new solutions. For this, having knowledge in the credit, collections, or insurance sectors is a major differentiator. Among your main daily activities, we can highlight:

• Studying new data sources;
• Structuring databases;
• Building variables based on Feature Learning;
• Evaluating performance and adherence of features in score models;
• Creating new solutions for all market segments using statistical techniques;

We are looking for a professional who possesses knowledge in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and Big Data. A completed higher education degree in a STEM field and knowledge of Python programming are required.

Regarding personal profile, it is important that you are analytical, adaptable, proactive, have initiative, and love new challenges.
