  • Curious, intellectually sharp, and a fast learner

  • Structured, with the ability to organise information and draw clear conclusions
  • Interested in both technology and business
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Previous experience from consulting, industry, student organisations, entrepreneurship, analytics projects, programming, or AI-related initiatives is considered a plus, but is not required.

Requirements

  • Ongoing university studies with strong academic performance
  • Basic programming skills, preferably in Python
  • Good data-handling skills (e.g. Excel)
  • Good command of Swedish and/or English, spoken and written (Swedish is an advantage for client-facing work)
Experience with advanced Python, SQL, Power BI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Copilot, agentic AI, data visualisation, or Git/GitHub is considered an advantage. The selection process may include a practical coding exercise.
We offer:
  • A unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Industrial AI while studying
  • Exposure to senior leaders and some of the largest industrial companies in the Nordic region
  • The chance to apply data science and AI to real operations and supply chain challenges
  • Mentorship and coaching from experienced consultants and sector experts
  • Flexible working arrangements adapted to your studies
  • An open, entrepreneurial, and non-hierarchical culture
  • A potential pathway to future thesis opportunities and full-time employment
At EFESO, you will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will contribute to real projects, work alongside experienced consultants, and help create measurable value for our clients.
