About the Opportunity:

The DATA SCIENTIST LEAD will advance the organization's analytics and data science capabilities by leading a team of data scientists. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of scalable machine learning and analytics solutions, collaborating with multiple teams, and prioritizing initiatives that generate business impact. The lead plays a critical role in communicating the methods and outcomes of data-driven approaches to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in data science, data engineering, and statistics to develop appropriate solutions.
• Conduct advanced analysis of customer and business data.
• Guide solutions through stages from problem identification to deployment and monitoring.
• Manage and mentor data scientists, ensuring quality and fostering a positive team environment.
• Oversee team management.
• Develop, deploy, and evaluate models.
• Consult with and advise stakeholders.
• Address operational challenges in collaboration with business units.
• Collaborate with data management to source, clean, and understand data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 10 years of demonstrated business impact via conception, delivery, and scaling of machine learning and analytic methods.
• More than 2 years managing and mentoring data scientists and analysts.
• At least 2 years of consulting or leadership experience as a data scientist.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
