We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms supporting analytics and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years' experience in data science, applied AI, or advanced analytics in enterprise environments. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience using modern ML libraries/frameworks Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, model evaluation, and common pitfalls (leakage, bias/variance, drift). Experience building end-to-end analytical solutions: data preparation, modeling, validation, and handover/operationalization. Data visualization and storytelling skills using tools such as Power BI. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary digital transformation teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Azure data and AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric) and practices. Experience with production monitoring (data quality checks, model performance metrics, alerting) and model governance documentation. Relevant certifications (Azure Data Scientist/AI Engineer) and/or a postgraduate degree in a quantitative field
