Listee is seeking a Data Scientist to build end-to-end search and recommendation systems for a global classifieds platform. The role involves developing multilingual NLP models, managing ML infrastructure, and working with LLM-generated labeling to improve user experience.

What you'll do
- Building candidate generators and ranking models for search and recommendations (actively using LLM-generated labeling).
- Contributing to ML infrastructure: not just designing features, but also writing pipelines for feature computation and training data collection.
- Training content embeddings for multiple languages and finding ways to extract signal in cold-start conditions.
- Adapting search and recommendation technologies for different languages by developing multilingual NLP models.
What we expect
- You're more interested in building the product end-to-end than in improving individual models.
- You're ready to work on features end-to-end — not just training models, but also doing research, writing production code, and more.
- Experience in search, recommendations, or ad tech.
- Other experience with high-load DS services.
- Strong academic background with knowledge beyond ML — solid Computer Science fundamentals.
