Mayvin is seeking a Data Scientist to support advanced human performance, brain health, and operational readiness initiatives for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This position supports the analysis of integrated wearable sensor, biometric, assessment, and medical data to generate evidence-based insights that improve warfighter readiness, resilience, and mission effectiveness. The Data Scientist will serve as the analytical lead responsible for transforming complex multi-source datasets into actionable information, decision-support dashboards, and recurring reporting products for military leaders and operational stakeholders. This role directly supports Special Operations Forces (SOF) by delivering defensible analytics that inform leadership decisions related to human performance and force health protection.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze wearable, biometric, operational, and medical data to identify trends and performance insights
- Develop dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reports supporting human performance and operational readiness
- Perform statistical and longitudinal analyses to produce data-driven recommendations
- Create visualizations and present findings to senior military leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, analytic methods, and reporting capabilities
