Innowise is hiring a Data Scientist / ML Engineer in Warsaw to work on AdTech projects (RTB/DSP), building models and running experiments that optimize CTR and other performance metrics. The role centers on Python, modern ML stacks, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing with a product-oriented, results-driven mindset.
To succeed in these projects, you need:
- Commercial experience at the Middle+ level or higher
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) at the B2+ level
- Experience in AdTech / RTB / DSP
- Experience optimizing CTR and other performance metrics based on data analysis
- Experience in modeling, conducting experiments, and analyzing metrics
- Strong knowledge of Python and modern ML stacks
- Skills in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business results
- Experience making data-driven decisions
- Willingness to take ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives
- Ability to take ownership of achieving performance targets
