Summary
Build and maintain a sales-performance analytics platform using Databricks and PowerBI, integrating Salesforce and SAP data to deliver KPIs for managers and sales teams across Europe.
Mission Context
The Junior Project Leader position is open in the Sales Analytics team of Worldline Financial Services. You will join an team with 4 workmates based in France and will be in contact with an international environment, mostly in Europe. The mission also implies to collaborate with Local Sales operations and the sales ecosystem.
Mission description
Under the supervision of the team manager, you will participate in the evolutions of a data-platform aiming at monitoring the Worldline performance in sales and Marketing via multiple KPIs and business metrics, with a purpose of feeding all layers of the management across the Group up to the Worldline Financial Services board, as well as providing each Sales individuals with their own KPIs with regards to their targets.
Responsabilities
After a couple weeks of immersion within the team, your mission will be to propose and implement technical solutions in the framework of the data-platform (based on Databricks and PowerBI) and existing corporate applications (Salesforce.com, SAP):
• Collect business requirements
• Propose functional and technical solutions
• Implement and roll-out the solution
• Document and train the people
• Proceed to evolutions
Expected profile
• Studying in an Engineering school nearly graduated.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and databases (Python, PowerBI, Databricks would be a plus)
• Open mindset, curious, with good analytical skills.
• Good writing and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in an international context.
• Fluent English.
