What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive data science solutions to solve intricate business problems.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
Develop, validate, and monitor predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
Apply techniques including Generalised Linear Models (GLMs), Clustering, XGBoost, Deep Learning, and cutting-edge AI such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures.
Identify opportunities to incorporate Generative AI to enhance customer experiences, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Write production-quality Python and SQL code following best practices.
Support deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement of models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Mentor junior Data Scientists and promote a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields.
Strong skills in Data Analysis, Python, SQL, Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
Proven ability to develop end-to-end data science solutions.
Experience with cloud technologies and emerging AI trends is advantageous.
Familiarity with the following:
Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-agent AI architectures.
Model deployment and monitoring tools.
