Data Scientist

• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, member experience, customer experience, service operations, or related analytics domains. • 8+ years of experience consulting with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. • 5+ years of experience leading strategic analytics portfolios, programs, or large-scale initiatives. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Voice Analytics, Speech Analytics, or interaction analytics. • 3+ years of experience with NLP and Text Analytics for analyzing unstructured data. • Strong expertise in KPI development, dashboarding, performance measurement, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. • Proven experience presenting insights and influencing business decisions in large, matrixed organizations. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consultation, and strategic thinking skills. Technical Skills • SQL: Expert-level proficiency with 5+ years of experience. • Python and/or R: Advanced to expert proficiency with 5+ years of experience. • Tableau / Power BI: Advanced proficiency with 5+ years of experience. • Microsoft Excel: Expert-level proficiency, including complex modeling, analysis, and reporting, with 8+ years of experience. • Predictive Modeling and Statistical Analysis: Advanced to expert proficiency with 5+ years of experience. • NLP and Text Analytics: Advanced proficiency with 3+ years of experience. • Voice Analytics / Speech Analytics Platforms: Advanced proficiency with 3+ years of experience. • Data Visualization and Dashboard Development: Expert proficiency with 5+ years of experience.
