Data Scientist / ML Engineer

Location: Pune
Experience: 6+ Years
Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a strong Data Scientist / ML Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning with strong hands-on Python expertise.
• Strong experience in ML modelling, predictive analytics, recommendation systems and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, MLP/LSTM and other ML algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of EDA, data mining, data wrangling, feature engineering and dataset creation.
• Experience working with PySpark, Databricks and large-scale datasets.
• Good understanding of data visualization and model evaluation.
• Experience with Azure / cloud-based AI & ML solutions.
• Exposure to GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain/LangGraph is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with healthcare data sources to identify data patterns and automation opportunities - mandate
