Role & responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Minimum three (3) years experience working with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and visualization methods.
• Minimum three (3) years machine learning and/or algorithmic experience.
• Minimum three (3) years statistical analysis and modeling experience.
• Minimum three (3) years programming experience.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Public Health, or related field AND Minimum five (5) years experience in data science or a directly related field. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement. Advanced degrees may be substituted for the work experience requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• 1 years experience in mentoring junior team members
• 2 years experience in healthcare or Finance or Banking and a matrixed organization
• 3 years experience working with exploratory data analysis and visualization methods
• 3 Years experience in healthcare or Finance or Banking and a matrixed organization
• 3 years experience working with exploratory data analysis and visualization methods
• 3 years experience with machine learning and/or algorithms
• 3 years experience with statistical analysis and modelling
• Programming experience (Python) in a paid or unpaid environment
• 2 years experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch , Tensorflow, or Keras
• 3 years experience with numeric, imaging, and textual data wrangling and visualization
• 2 years experience with cloud platforms and ML services
• 1 years experience with GenAI and training LLM's(LLM,RAG Architecture) OR Operation Research(Linear Programming, Or-Tools, Gurobi)
