Role Summary:
Work across the full data science lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to building, validating, and deploying machine learning models. Collaborate with teams to drive business outcomes through production-ready ML solutions.

What Youll Do:
- Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and build predictive models
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and statistical models
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Build and optimize classification, regression, and clustering models
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production
- Perform model validation, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Communicate insights and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong hands-on experience with Python or R
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Experience working with SQL and large datasets
- Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with deep learning models
- Exposure to NLP or computer vision projects
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
