Data Scientist

Moncler Group is seeking an engaged Data Scientist to join the Data Platform & AI Team in Milan. You will enhance understanding of customers through analyses on CRM data and models on GCP, delivering actionable insights for campaigns, loyalty, and omnichannel strategies.

You will prepare datasets in BigQuery, build reports in Power BI, and collaborate with Data Engineering for data integration and BI modernization. Strong communication of insights and reproducibility are essential.

Design and implement descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on CRM data. Prepare analytical datasets in BigQuery and Python notebooks for modeling and A/B tests. Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Power BI. Collaborate with Data Engineering for data integration on GCP and BI modernization. Monitor model performance (drift, retraining, explainability) and suggest improvements. Degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics). 3/5 years of data science experience, preferably CRM/e-commerce/retail. GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, orchestration (Cloud Composer/Airflow or Dataflow); Vertex AI. Stack: Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), Git; basic MLOps. Data visualization: Power BI.
