Requirements
- A track record of delivering real AI, data or analytics projects to production, not just prototypes or prompt demos.
- Strong data science foundations, and the judgment to know when a result actually holds.
- Hands-on building experience with Python, LLMs, APIs, agents and data pipelines.
- Comfort working directly with clients and explaining technical work to non-technical people.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight, and to raise risks early.
- Responsible handling of confidential client data, including transparency about which tools process it.
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
- Join discovery sessions with clients: assess feasibility, identify the data needed, estimate effort and flag risks early.
- Turn ambiguous questions into clear plans, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Build AI-powered applications, agents, analytical tools, data pipelines and reporting automations.
- Ingest, clean, reconcile and analyze first- and third-party data: social media, ticketing, CRM and more.
- Test, backtest and red-team your own results before they reach anyone else.
- Be clear about what was measured, what was modeled, and what was assumed.
- Deliver client-ready outputs: dashboards, reports, presentations, apps and models.
- Document your methodology so every engagement can be understood and maintained.
- Run several engagements at once and keep delivered solutions healthy as data and requirements change.
- Consulting, agency or client-services experience.
- Experience maintaining solutions after launch.
- Familiarity with sports, entertainment, real estate or investment analysis.
