Job Responsibilities
- Experience with developing and supporting data-oriented tasks for cybersecurity solutioning, including developing machine learning algorithms, data models, or architecture strategy for cyber defense purposes
- Experience with designing and developing automation for security tools management, and create customized searches and applications
- Perform data discovery functions
- Coordinate and collaborate with Professional Services resources to perform migrate data
- Analyze data exports
- Perform mapping of data from one schema to another
- Develop automated data parsing or extraction scripts
- Draft assessments and reports related to data migration activities
- Identify Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts and categorize for migration or archival
- Discover System Security Plans (SSP), Control Artifacts, Assessment Trackers, and other RMF artifacts in Excel or MS Word for migration
- Transform data in legacy formats and schemas into an OSCAL compliant target format
- Leverage AI to support data migration activities
- Review SharePoint repositories to discover artifacts for migration
- Capture legacy system workflows, dashboards, and reports for migration
- Reproduce workflows, dashboards, and reports in the new eGRC solution
• Experience with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) solutions and their resources; (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Familiarity of host and network-based security technologies
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks.
• Ability to support high visibility reporting on cybersecurity data through development of data visualizations and/or dashboards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Data, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with proven experience with cybersecurity and IT data.
- Strong understanding and experience working with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Strong understanding of cyber security best practices
- Experience performing security engineering functions
- Experience developing and modifying scripts
- Experience mapping inheritance and Common Control Catalogs
- Experience developing or tuning Risk Scoring
- Experience mapping data schemas
- Experience working with OSCAL
- Experience working on Federal systems
- Experience working in AWS GovCloud
- Experience working with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- A Top Secret/Q clearance is required. Candidates are not required to possess this clearance for consideration; however, candidates must be prepared to initiate the clearance process upon being staffed.
