Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced data scientist with real depth in machine learning who's ready to own problems end to end. You'll design, train, evaluate and produce machine learning models, develop approaches that deliver measurable value, and help set the technical direction for how they build ML at scale.
About You
Strong Python skills, with hands on experience taking machine learning models from research through to production: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and iteration
A track record of shipping and operating production ML systems, not just research or notebooks
Experience with containerisation (Docker) and deploying and operating services in production
Strong with relational databases, including performance and data modelling
Focused on self improvement. Machine learning and AI move at a rapid pace, so you need to be genuinely interested in this space, because you'll be spending a lot of time in it
