Data Scientist - Statistical Analysis

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 8-14 years of experience to lead statistical analysis and model development. You will work with business partners to identify opportunities, build predictive models, and deploy computer vision solutions.

Technical Requirements:

- Programming: Python, SAS, R, JMP, SQL Server

- Data Science Packages: Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Bokeh, Plotly

- ML Stack: Scikit-learn, Xgboost, Keras, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Statsmodels

- Computer Vision: Image classification, object detection, segmentation

Essential Responsibilities:

- Identify and scope new opportunities for statistical analysis to support business decisions.

- Explore data using data mining, regression, and cluster analysis.

- Build and deploy predictive and computer vision models.

- Lead experimental design for business initiatives and measure impact.

- Provide guidance and peer review to less experienced staff.

Consultation & Communication:

- Serve as a statistical expert for business units.

- Communicate complex data relationships and model results to stakeholders.

- Assist in knowledge transfer and training regarding new analytics applications.

Industry Research:

- Research and maintain awareness of industry best practices and innovative approaches.
