🚀 What You'll Architect

• Architect end-to-end analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency

• Design and implement customer segmentation, propensity, behavioral, recommendation, and AI-powered decisioning models

• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and AI-enabled solutions that support strategic business decisions

• Design scalable analytical, machine learning, and AI solutions leveraging cloud and big data technologies

• Build and optimize analytical workflows, data pipelines, automation solutions, and production-ready assets

• Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI models, AI agents, LLM-powered solutions, and intelligent automation workflows

• Define AI roadmaps and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI innovation and organizational adoption

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business challenges into data-driven and AI-powered solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Master's degree preferred in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines

• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields

• Experience designing and implementing analytics and machine learning solutions in business environments

• Ideally 2+ years of experience within Banking, Payments, Financial Services, Technology, or related industries

• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments

• Certifications in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud, Generative AI, AWS, or Analytics platforms are considered an asset

• Advanced proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, machine learning, Generative AI applications, and data science workflows

• Advanced SQL skills with experience managing and analyzing large-scale datasets

• Proven hands-on experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling techniques, including linear regression, logistic regression, clustering, classification models, decision trees, random forests, and related methodologies

• Experience developing customer segmentation models using methodologies such as RFM, clustering, and behavioral analytics

• Hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks including Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and similar technologies

• Strong experience working with distributed computing and big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, and MapReduce

• Experience designing and measuring experiments through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and campaign performance evaluation

• Strong expertise with Business Intelligence and data visualization platforms including Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or equivalent solutions

• Experience implementing Generative AI models, AI agents, LLM-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and automation workflows

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, prompting strategies, model capabilities and limitations, embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies

• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, model risk management, ethical AI practices, and regulatory considerations

• You naturally connect business questions with analytical and AI-driven approaches that generate measurable value

• You see data science and Generative AI as decision-making disciplines rather than simply modeling or automation exercises

• You are comfortable engaging executives and business teams, translating technical complexity, machine learning concepts, and AI capabilities into strategic conversations

• Experience developing AI copilots, virtual assistants, conversational AI solutions, or agentic AI applications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Cohere, or equivalent Generative AI platforms

• Experience defining AI operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise AI adoption strategies

• Previous consulting experience supporting large-scale analytics, digital transformation, or AI transformation programs

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders through data-driven and AI-driven storytelling

• Comfortable leading analytical discussions, AI workshops, and strategic conversations with business leaders

• Able to translate complex analytical findings and Generative AI capabilities into practical recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes

• Brings a consultative mindset that balances analytical excellence, AI innovation, and commercial impact

• Drives organizational adoption of AI solutions by combining technical depth, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities

• Strong teamwork, relationship-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills across cross-functional environments

• Excellent verbal, and communication skills, including fluency in English
