Data Security - Assistant Manager
Summary
Oversee data protection and loss prevention for clients, implementing DLP tools and compliance frameworks like PCI DSS and GDPR while coaching teams and managing engagements.

Educational qualifications
Work experience
· 6-8 years of experience in data protection or data loss prevention (DLP).
· Demonstrated experience in three or more of the following domains:
· Experience with DLP, Data Discovery, and Classification vendors such as:
· Familiarity with Insider Threat and User Behavior Analytics (UBA).
· Understanding of regulatory & compliance frameworks including:
PCI DSS, GLBA, Basel II, EU Data Protection Directive, International Cross-Border requirements, U.S. State Data Privacy Laws.
· Experience leading client discussions and supporting engagement delivery.
· Experience supporting team coaching, financial tracking, and client interaction management.
· Ability and willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
