About The Department


UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Job Responsibilities


  • Practical experience in data encryption, key management, and cryptographic technologies.
  • Understanding of encryption techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Preferred experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, and data protection solutions.
  • Familiarity with security protocols such as TLS and SSH.
  • Proficiency in cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) standards.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and file systems.
  • Supports SSL activities such as CSR generation, Certificate Issuance and Cert Injection.
  • Support Issuance/Revoke of certificates for Mac OS and other systems.

Job Requirements


  • Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution Technical Skills
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Cryptography& Java.
  • Willing to work during weekend or wee hours to support security administration activities.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be process oriented and organized. · Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner; including technical writing skills.
  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within an organization, fostering collaboration internally/externally with vendors and staff.
