Your responsibilities include developing automation workflows, optimizing SOAR platform capabilities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive security initiatives. This position requires a balance of technical skills and people management.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a high-performing security engineering team • Establish team priorities and define technical strategy • Integrate SOAR products for automation and incident response • Design and test automation playbooks in SOAR • Collaborate with internal teams to bolster security measures
Requirements: • 5-7 years' experience in cybersecurity, 3+ in automation • Expertise in Python; knowledge of R, C#, JavaScript • Experience with machine learning models and AI packages • Strong communication and mentoring abilities • Creative problem-solver capable of managing multiple projects
