Overall assessment lead + Data Architecture & Platform + Governance, Risk & Security

Leads the end-to-end assessment and owns the technical architecture and governance evaluation. Primary client-facing lead who sets the maturity framework and consolidates all findings into the final report and transformation roadmap.

• Own the assessment approach, maturity framework and evidence-based scoring; facilitate stakeholder workshops and the executive readout.

• Assess the as-is architecture ingestion (Attunity/Qlik CDC), Oracle warehouse & mart design, semantic modelling, scalability, real-time capability and on-prem/cloud readiness.

• Evaluate governance, BCBS 239 alignment, lineage, entitlements, data privacy, model-risk and operational resilience (MTTR).

• Consolidate evidence-based findings into the maturity report, prioritised gap log and costed transformation roadmap.

12+ years in data & analytics, including data architecture and governance in BFSI; proven track record leading current-state assessments and transformation roadmaps; strong executive communication.

Data architecture, CDC/ELT, data warehousing (Oracle), semantic modelling, BCBS 239, data governance & lineage, model-risk, cloud/on-prem strategy, stakeholder management.
