Summary
Runs day-to-day operations of a semiconductor manufacturing data analytics platform (Silicon.da): monitoring data loads and quality issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, coordinating with foundries, OSATs and vendors, and supporting user onboarding, training, documentation and compliance with data standards like STDF and MES.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Silicon.da operations to ensure data continuity and platform readiness. Monitor and troubleshoot data loading failures, data discrepancies, and quality issues across semiconductor manufacturing and test stages. Provide user support, manage ServiceNow tickets, and resolve platform-related issues. Coordinate with foundries, OSATs, internal IT teams, and external vendors to resolve data integration and transfer issues. Track issues, perform gap analysis, and drive timely resolution through cross-functional collaboration. Support user onboarding, training, documentation, system updates, and operational reviews. Ensure compliance with data standards, including STDF, MES, and production data transfer specifications. Provide operational status updates and highlight risks to engineering teams and management. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing, test systems, or data platforms in a high-tech environment. Hands-on experience with test data, production data pipelines, or data quality management is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Silicon.da, OptimalPlus, SiliconDash, or similar analytics platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticket management systems. Experience working with OSATs, foundries, or external vendors in a production environment is preferred.
