Join us today! </p><p><br /></p><p>The Noventiq team is looking for a <b>Data Solutions Engineer</b> responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern data and analytics solutions based on <b>Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure.</b></p><p>The role focuses on helping customers build and modernize data platforms, improve data-driven decision-making, and implement scalable analytics solutions aligned with their business needs.</p><p>The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer communication. The successful candidate will independently manage technical activities within customer projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, and handover.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Participate in customer projects across the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and handover, independently owning technical tasks and workstreams.</li><li>Design and implement Microsoft Fabric-based data solutions and Power BI analytics solutions, including data models, data pipelines, transformations, and reporting solutions aligned with customer requirements.</li><li>Work with Microsoft Azure data services and related Microsoft technologies to implement scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions.</li><li>Work directly with customers to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and present solution concepts, technical designs, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>Support presales, discovery, and Proof of Concept / Proof of Value activities, including requirements analysis, technical solution definition, effort estimation, and technical presentations.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for improving data platforms, analytics environments, and reporting solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal delivery teams and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation, clear technical communication, and delivery according to agreed scope and timelines.</li><li>Continuously develop expertise in Microsoft data and analytics technologies and contribute to the development of new data solutions and services.</li></ul><p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>2–5 years of professional experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or cloud-based data solutions.</li><li>Strong practical experience with Power BI and SQL, including data modeling, report and dashboard development, data transformation, and working with relational and analytical data.</li><li>Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including data engineering, data integration, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and analytics concepts, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Azure data services.</li><li>Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Ability to independently manage technical tasks and workstreams within a project, with a proactive, problem-solving, and delivery-oriented approach.</li><li>Native or near-native proficiency in Hungarian, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers in both technical and business contexts.</li><li>Business-level proficiency in English, with the ability to participate in customer meetings, present technical solutions, and collaborate with international stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in discovery, consulting, presales, or customer-facing technology projects is an advantage.</li><li>Willingness to continuously develop expertise in Microsoft data and analytics technologies.</li></ul><p><b>NICE TO HAVE</b></p><ul><li>Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Data.</li><li>Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or other Microsoft data services.</li><li>Experience delivering Proof of Concepts or Proof of Value solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization and BI best practices and experience working in Agile project environments.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><span style="font-weight:bolder;color:rgb(19,19,19);"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;color:rgb(33,33,33);">#LinkedInJobs</span></span></p>
