Data Steward Delegate (DSD) role

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain SIMSi records when customer names or addresses have discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve customer name and address discrepancies by verifying details against source systems.
• Identify and update missing equipment information based on the active serial number.
• Investigate and resolve fleet profile mismatches.
• Address and resolve other SIMSi record-related issues as they arise.
