Why this role matters: This role sits at the heart of a growing managed services function, combining client support, technical troubleshooting, and cloud technology exposure.
You'll be the key link between clients and the technical team, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while helping establish best-practice support processes. At the same time, you'll gain hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure, infrastructure automation, and modern data platforms.

What you’ll lead & influence: - Manage support requests from initial contact through to resolution.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve data pipeline and platform issues.
- Establish and improve support processes, documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Create effective triage and escalation pathways to support service delivery.
- Work closely with engineers and consultants to solve complex technical problems.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments and environment provisioning.
- Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code practices using modern automation tools.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements to systems and processes.
- Assist with platform maintenance, releases, and migration activities.
- Experience in a technical support, application support, service desk, or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Solid SQL knowledge and confidence investigating data-related issues.
- Exposure to data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or integration technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Python, scripting, or AI technologies will be viewed favourably.
- A genuine curiosity for technology and a desire to continue learning.
