Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data collection, data entry, or administrative support.
- 1+ years of experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Ability to learn new databases quickly and work independently.
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; conveys information accurately, listens actively, and asks clarifying questions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and mandated reporting.
- Ability to work in person and collaboratively with program staff and diverse communities.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with Salesforce or ECM (Exponent Case Management) systems.
- Exposure to San Francisco social services database systems such as CMS
- 1+ years of nonprofit experience, particularly in social services or community programs.
- Experience supporting staff training or providing informal technical guidance.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or another language spoken by program participants.
