DATABASE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Salary: ₱33,000 – ₱40,000 per month

Job Details: We are hiring a Database Administration Manager to lead our DBA team, manage multi-platform database environments, and ensure maximum data integrity and performance.

• POSITION: Database Administration Manager

• WORK SETUP: Hybrid / On-site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise database administrators handling SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL environments

• Define database backup policies, high-availability strategies, disaster recovery, and capacity planning

• Optimize database performance, query execution, and security access controls

• Manage database migration, upgrade projects, and enterprise integration tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field

• At least 6+ years experience in database administration with 2+ years in team management

• Proven expertise in enterprise database platforms and optimization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
