Job Description:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle server software in Windows/Linux environments.
• Proactively monitor database performance and implement improvement measures.
• Manage database changes and provide status reports.
• Review database design for new projects.
• Implement and maintain database security (user roles, privileges, etc.).
• Respond to incidents and provide resolution for escalated issues.
• Handle general troubleshooting and advise development teams.
• Work as part of a team and provide 24/7 systems support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server (2012-2017) & Oracle (11g, 12c).
• Experience troubleshooting database performance issues.
• Familiarity with backups, recovery, indexing, and patching.
• Understanding of Linux/Windows servers and security delegation.
• Knowledge of Cloud RDS technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
