We are hiring a Junior Database Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our company's databases in Multan, Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing access controls and encryption.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updating software and managing user accounts.
- Optimize database performance by analyzing query execution plans and making adjustments.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth functioning of all systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in database technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and data management principles.

Compensation
