Seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to lead the management, optimization, and security of enterprise databases, ensuring high performance, reliability, and availability for business-critical applications.

• Database Architecture & Management: Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to support enterprise applications. Oversee database configurations, capacity planning, and schema design for optimal performance and scalability.
  
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor database performance metrics, optimize queries, indexing, and storage strategies. Implement performance tuning and proactive measures to prevent bottlenecks.
  
• Backup, Recovery & Disaster Management: Develop and manage robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Ensure data integrity and minimal downtime in case of system failures.
  
• Security & Compliance: Enforce strict database security policies, including role-based access controls, encryption, auditing, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  
• High Availability & Replication: Implement database replication, clustering, failover mechanisms, and load balancing to maintain continuous service availability.
  
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with development, DevOps, and IT teams to optimize database performance, support application deployments, and provide detailed reports and insights to management.
  
• Automation & Tooling: Utilize automation tools for database monitoring, maintenance, and deployment. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging database technologies.
  
• Skills & Competencies: Expert in SQL, database design, and query optimization. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior DBAs.
