Job Description

The Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance of the company's databases. They will work closely with the development team to ensure that the databases are designed and implemented in a way that meets the needs of the business. The Database Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the data stored in the databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement databases that meet the needs of the business
• Optimize database performance

• Monitor database usage and recommend improvements
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the databases are designed and implemented in a way that meets the needs of the business
• Perform database backups and recovery
• Provide technical support to users of the databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator
• Experience with database design and implementation
• Experience with database performance optimization
• Experience with database security and integrity
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
