Database Administrator

• Monitor and optimize system performance using index tuning, disk optimization, and other methods.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain a database system.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot database instances, replication, backup, partitions, storage, and access. Set user privileges within the database environment.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree.

• Specifically, we are looking to hire an Oracle Hyperion Administrator.
• This person will manage 5-7 Essbase cube products and a user base of 100-200 people.
• Candidate will be well versed in version 11.1 and/or above (we are on version 11.1.2.4) and know products such as ODI, FDMEE, EAS, Planning, Workspace, Shared Services, and perhaps FR.
• Our cubes are already built, but require enhancements and tuning from time to time. Having automation skills is a huge plus. Technical documentation also a plus.
• Clear concise communication a must.
• Ability to teach and training users also a must.
• Knowledge of product upgrades and migration also a plus.
