Database Administrator - MSSQL / Azure SQL
- Manage and maintain database environments to include disaster recovery planning, cost control, performance monitoring, business continuity, measuring, reporting, and scaling
- Write documentation for data sets (e.g. dictionaries and data classifications)
- Troubleshoot and improve database performance issues
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with temporal tables
- Experience with MSSQL in Azure environments
- Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and query authoring
- Experience with SQL tables, triggers, stored procedures, and views within MSSQL
- Experience troubleshooting and improving database performance issues
- Ability to analyze database designs and create documentation for data sets
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Ability to build automated processes using ETL tools
- Ability to develop and maintain SQL Test Scripts
