The role covers 24x7 production support, performance tuning, and monitoring of health, capacity, and growth to ensure efficient operations for critical applications.

The candidate should demonstrate independent problem solving, adherence to SLAs, and collaboration with Dev and Ops teams.

Provide 24x7 production support for Oracle databases. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and slow queries. Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer expectations. Extensive experience managing PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle databases. Proficient in tuning queries and database performance. Experience with 24x7 production support and SLAs.
