Summary
Database Developer at Developmental Pathways (hybrid, Aurora, CO) who builds, maintains, and optimizes SQL Server databases, the enterprise data warehouse, and ETL/ELT (SSIS) pipelines, plus reporting objects (SSRS/Power BI) for enterprise reporting. 4-day work week; must reside in Colorado.

Partner with cross-functional teams to build and optimize scalable SQL Server, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse solutions

Develop and maintain databases, SSIS processes, and reporting objects that support enterprise reporting and analytics

Improve performance, reliability, and data quality through tuning, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Support data governance, documentation, and compliance standards across the data platform
-
Contribute to Agile project delivery and collaborate closely with data and business stakeholders to meet organizational needs

Strong technical depth and expertise in SQL Server development and T-SQL
-
4+ years of experience as a Database Developer, SQL Developer, or similar role
-
Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and Power BI support
-
Knowledge of data warehousing, schema design, and ETL/ELT processes
-
Strong skills in query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning

Analytical problem-solver with strong database design capabilities

Effective communicator able to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and tools

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or business studies field and three (3) years of related experience, or

Associate's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of related work experience, or

Seven (7) years of related work experience

Must reside in Colorado

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (or approved alternative)

Data Vault 2.0 experience

Agile tools (Azure DevOps Boards)

Microsoft Certifications (Azure Database Administrator Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent)

Working knowledge of Power BI and CMS regulatory reporting
