Summary
A Database Developer in Singapore who designs MS SQL Server databases, writes queries and stored procedures, and handles administration tasks like indexing, query/job tuning, and maintenance; knowledge of cloud database platforms (RDS, Azure SQL), ETL, and security/backup practices is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of working experience with MSS SQL development and database administration
Must have experience on
- database design
- writing queries and stored procedure
- maintenance including indexing, tuning of the queries and jobs
- Knowledge of cloud-based database platforms (e.g., Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.

- Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Understanding of database security principles and experience implementing security controls.
- Experience with database backup and recovery strategies.
