Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable databases.
- Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
- Monitor and improve database performance through indexing and tuning.
- Ensure data integrity, security, backup, and recovery processes.
- Perform data migration with minimal downtime and data loss.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and support application teams.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
- Maintain accurate database documentation and follow best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in database development or engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Solid understanding of database design principles and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fintech / financial services or share market knowledge is a plus.
- Relevant SQL or database certifications are an added advantage.
