Databricks Expert — Cloud Data Engineer & Architect

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Databricks Expert to bridge Data Science and Data Engineering in a cloud native environment. You will support customers in Big Data projects, collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases and data needs.

The role emphasizes building data pipelines, transformations, cleansing, and loading data into lakes for analytics and ML models, with hands-on work in Spark, Databricks, and Azure ETL/ELT tools across hybrid cloud

Support customers in Big Data projects and collaborate with analysts and architects to understand use cases and data needs. Deliver data acquisition, transformations, cleansing, conversion and loading into data lakes for analytics and ML models. Build and demonstrate proofs-of-concept to address business needs using suitable data sources and technologies. Experience with cloud native environments across major clouds. Strong background in Big Data architectures and data engineering. Proficient in Java, Scala, Python and shell scripting. Experience leading medium teams and delivering PoCs.
