We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Datacenter / Cloud Solution Presales Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Singapore. This role supports the regional QCT sales team to engage customers and partners to understand the customers’ demands about any technical concerns. In this role, you will need to cooperate with solution architects, partners, and sales to propose a comprehensive proposal to meet customers’ demands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support QCT solution sales team and communicate with customers and partners to determine their needs with technical details
• Collaborate with QCT solution sales teams to engage customers and partners to collect their feedback for their demands to propose comprehensive solutions based on their demands
• Cooperate with the sales team to come out a comprehensive proposal for the customer’s RFI/RFP/RFQ
• Work on technical questions, coordinate other QCT teams, such as product engineering, and the QCT system integrators, as necessary, to provide timely answers to customer questions.
