Datacenter Technician I
You will help keep critical infrastructure operating safely and continuously. You will perform routine facility and hardware maintenance, monitor equipment, respond to faults, install servers for customer onboarding, conduct site inspections, and maintain service and maintenance logs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities and hardware
- Monitor hardware
- Complete daily tasks safely and efficiently
- Respond to and remediate equipment faults identified by customers or internal monitoring systems
- Assist with customer onboarding by installing servers
- Travel to mining facilities for site inspections
- Maintain service and maintenance logs for deployed assets
Requirements
- Technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
- 1+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
- Experience working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
- Electrical troubleshooting
- HVAC
