Datacenter Technician I
You will help ensure the continuous, secure operation of critical facility infrastructure. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, monitor hardware, respond to equipment faults, install servers for customer onboarding, conduct site inspections, and maintain service and maintenance logs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities and hardware.
- Monitor hardware.
- Complete day-to-day tasks safely and efficiently.
- Respond to and remediate equipment faults identified by customers or internal monitoring systems.
- Assist with customer onboarding by installing servers.
- Travel to mining facilities for site inspections.
- Maintain service and maintenance logs for deployed assets.
Requirements
- Technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment.
- Ability to work with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment.
- Electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, plumbing, security, and fire protection experience preferred.
- IT infrastructure maintenance experience desired.
