Dating Compatibility Quiz

I need help uploading a completed script to my web page. No coding required, it's all been done. Just a couple of hours of your time to upload to my BlueHost hosted webpage and your expertise to make a few tweaks then test. I'm fairly technical and built the site myself but I'm a little rusty and getting stuck with this bit :)
