The person designs, builds, and supports data and system integrations between Dayforce/ERP systems and other business systems using APIs, SQL, middleware, and ETL. The Dayforce Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting data and system integrations for ERP systems.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data exchange between ERP systems and other business systems. Dayforce integration experience of minimum 3 years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing APIs, SQL scripts, and middleware tools to build robust integrations.
- Developing and maintaining data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend integration solutions.
- Ensuring the integrity and security of data exchanged between systems.
- Monitoring integration performance and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.
- Participating in ERP implementation and enhancement projects, especially those involving system interconnectivity.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities through better integration and automation.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and ETL processes, with prior experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems like Epicor P21, EDI, ETL, or flat file data processing, and familiarity with Prophet 21 data structures and business logic are preferred qualifications.
